I’ll admit when I think of Massachusetts I don’t really think of Pinot Noir grapes, but apparently they seem to know what they are doing up there. This Pinot Noir Rosé hooks you in from the get go with some absolutely beautiful aromas when you open up the bottle. The first really noticeable smell you get is this lovely berry smell that may have a little cherry in there (I’m not completely sure on that one). You also get these wonderful hints of fruit as well as a floral quality to it all, and this sweet almost candy like smell I can’t quite place. Once you take a sip of this Rosé you get greeted once again by those berry and fruit aromas from above. That floral quality from before also comes through, and is a bit clearer this time as I believe it to be a rose flavour (how befitting that you have a rose flavour in a Rosé wine). This wine is pretty versatile as it works great as a nice sipping wine on a summer’s day (chilled of course), as well as working great with a variety of foods. Personally I had this with a tastey spicy Thai noodle dish, but it would go equally well with smoked beef, curry or even a light chili. I’m pretty confident that you will enjoy this wine, especially if you are a fan of Rosé wines or Pinot Noir and even if you aren’t its only $13, what do you have to lose?

If you would like to purchase this wine you can get it from the Winery here. Remember to make sure they can ship to your state.
